All Professional and Amateur fighters are required to fill out our standard Pro or AM fighter form. Physical paperwork is only necessary in the States that require it. MMA Physical form can be found here. DE and PA require Amateurs to have Physical and Bloodwork (HIV,Hep B and C), for Bloodwork they can go to here and find a testing site near them. Virginia does not require any Medical or Physicals. Must be completed in it's entirety by a licensed medical doctor and faxed to 215-395-6386 or scan & email to citcinfo@comcast.net. Also, all contestants and coaches should read the CITC Guidlines, which can be found here.

REGARDING 7th OFFENSE POSTPONEMENT
10.18.09 Dear Fighters and Trainers, As a follow-up to Ed's phone calls, please note that due to circumstances beyond our control we regretfully had to postpone our CITC "7th Offense" event scheduled for Sat., Oct. 17, 2009. We will be notifying everyone of the rescheduled date as soon as it is confirmed. We want to thank everyone for their kind understanding and again offer our sincerest and deepest apologies for the huge inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. King Mo gets up in Carson's Pit!
08.04.09 "King Mo" Lawal was a name already familiar to fans for foreign fistic feats featuring finishes in three of four fights, but his recent involvement in a high-profile expletive-laden faceoff with Quinton "Rampage" Jackson captured the attention of an even larger worldwide audience. BALTIMORE CITC FIGHTER PASSES
08.01.09 Our condolances to the Family and Friends of Martin Kusick who was found dead Thursday night in his car. He was an undefeated amateur fighter out of John Rallo's Ground Control Baltimore. No further information is available on his passing.

RIP Paul Rosner (Updated: Funeral Arrangements)
07.20.09  Paul Rosner, the CEO and President of the USKBA, lost his long battle with Diabetes and Congestive Bronchitis this week. Paul was always known as the 'guy with the boxing glove earring'. He was a true friend and someone who will surely be missed. I had first met Paul back in 2005 when I was coordinating the Battle at the Boardwalk. It was at that event that Amateur MMA was first introduced in NJ. Paul had worked long and hard to get Amateur MMA promoted and I was happy to help get it started. Paul and I used to spend many many hours on the phone or meeting for lunch in Rahway, NJ at one of my favorite Chinese restaurants (even though he hated it.) We used to joke about our football teams, he was a huge Cowboys fan and I'm a huge Giants fan ... he would always poke fun if his team was doing better then mine. Paul was truly one of the most moral, trustworthy individuals that I have ever met. I am glad that he came into my family's life. 'Paul, while we didn't always see eye to eye on everything, you were the only one to understand me. I'll miss you very much.' -Ed Hsu The Funeral tomorrow will take place at: Gutterman and Musicant Funeral Home 402 Park Street Hackensack NJ 12pm Immediately following Funeral Procedure he will be buried at Montifiore Cemetary in Queens NY.

Rest In Peace Charles Lewis
03.11.09 The MMA community suffered another huge loss today, as Charles Lewis, a.k.a. "Mask" of the TapouT crew, was killed in a car crash in Newport Beach, California. Attend almost any fight show out on the West Coast and you'd run into the garishly-dressed TapouT crew, shaking hands, posing for pics and repping their popular clothing brand. I only knew Charles in that capacity, but he was friendly as hell and treated everyone like a long-lost brother (at the last EliteXC in Florida, he saw me and affectionately pressed his forehead to mine). When we lose a fighter, we think of the battles they've given us in the cage or ring, and the battles they'll no longer fight. Losing Charles means we've lost one of the sport's biggest supporters - a man who sponsored tons of fighters and helped ingrain MMA into the public's consciousness. Rest in peace, Mask. You will be missed.
